Born in Colombia, Rubén Vásquez started practicing Yoga in 1996 to improve his health and fitness. Almost immediately Rubén felt a strong connection to the Yoga practice. Since then, Yoga has nurtured his body, mind and spirit and still motivates Rubén to live more consciously. Yoga is for Rubén an endless source of inspiration, well-being, support and learning that helps him move towards balance and clarity. Rubén is a dedicated student filled with enthusiasm to practice, learn and share Yoga with others. Rubén lives in Saint Petersburg Florida.
